Les roudoudous are caramel lollipops in shells your little ones will love. You can use the shells you bring back from the sea to make them :)

Ingredients

  • 5 shells
  • 50 granulated cane sugar
  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Clean thoroughly your shells.
  2. Combine the sugar with the water in a saucepan.
  3. Cook under a medium heat WITHOUT mixing until it starts to take a golden colour. Poor immediately into your shells.
  4. Allow to rest for a couple of hours. Your roudoudous are ready when your caramel is completely set.
