Tips:

  • Even better cold the next day!
  • To achieve the perfect gooeyness, wait until the edges are well cooked and the centre not completely set… yum!!!
  • For an irresistible look, dust your cake with icing sugar or even cocoa powder

 

Instruction of use:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180ºC.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over a medium heat until it is completely liquid. Reduce the heat and add the content of the baking kit. Mix with a wooden spoon until the chocolate is fully melted.
  3. Remove from the heat. Add the eggs and mix until you get a smooth texture.
  4. Pour the mixture into a buttered 21cm diameter round cake tin. 
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes according to your oven. To achieve the perfect gooeyness the centre of the cake should not be completely set when you gently shake your mould. Bon appétit!
