Made from lemonade and sirup, the most common variations of diabolos are made with mint, grenadine or strawberry sirup. I personally use lemonade with no added sugar as it is quite a sweet treat all together but anyway you are only meant to drink one glass, everything in moderation ;-)

Give it a try this Friday evening as an apéritif! It is super easy and the children love the fizzy side of it.
